INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Mich & Kay yogurt
- 1 cup oats
- 2 bananas
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Cooking spray or oil
PROCEDURE
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
- Then generously coat the pan with the cooking spray or oil.
- Pour some of the batter in the pan, enough to form a medium size pancake.
- Leave to brown at the bottom or until you start to see bubbles on top of the surface. Then flip to the other side to brown as well.
- Repeat the process until you have exhausted the batter.
- Serve with more yogurt, fruit of choice and a drizzle of honey if desired.
